Hello there, It's nazneen here. I just got the new update from you that called "KDS". I have sent an order to the kitchen app but from the KDS but after preparing the food how do I notify the user of the order-taking app?

Thank you so much for the question. I also saw the screenshots you have uploaded. For sending the notification, you have to press long on the "DONE" button. You will get notifications with the sweet ring tone. Catch you later. Have a nice day!! From Miss Rahman
